The story begins with two childhood friends, Parineet and Neeti Both were famous because of their friendship, and a lot of people called them Parineeti. After college, their path gets separated from each other. Neeti went to another city for the sake of a job while the father of Parineet was a rich person so she left that village alone. After some time, a boy Ranjeev came into the life of Parineet.
Rajeev was a greedy person he wanted her wealth and for that, he pretended that he was in love with Parineet. After their marriage, Ranjeev took over the whole wealth and after that, he left the Parineet alone in the village and went to the city. Where he started to live with his uncle and changed his identity into Sanju. In Mumbai where he met with Neeti and he wanted to marry her for that sake he introduced himself as an employee in a company.
Neeti without knowing that Sanju is Ranjeev falls in love with him and both of them decide to get married. On the other hand, Pari went in search of her husband and came to Mumbai where she met with Neeti and then took her to her home where Pari told the whole story to Neeti.
Neeti got married to Sanju and on the day of their marriage Pari came to learn about the reality that Sanju is actually Ranjeev then she wanted to tell the truth to Neeti but she thinks that she is not happy for her and wants to take her husband away. This leads their friendship to an end and then Pari leaves Ranjeev and goes back to the village.
